Refund Policy
We aim to provide transparent, value-driven services. This policy outlines how subscription cancellations, marketplace payouts, and refunds are handled on DHEONAX.
1. Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months unless mandated by law.
2. Marketplace Purchases
Marketplace strategy subscriptions are governed by creator-defined terms. Refunds are available only when strategies fail to deliver agreed signals or when regulatory directives require reversal. Disputes can be raised via marketplace@dheonax.com.
3. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will notify you to update billing details. Continued failure may result in suspension of services until dues are settled.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We may issue refunds for service outages exceeding 24 consecutive hours, duplicated charges, or verified cases of unauthorised access. Requests must be submitted within 15 days of the incident.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@dheonax.com with your account ID, transaction reference, and justification. Our billing team will review the request and respond within 5 business days.
This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of DHEONAX implies acceptance of revisions.
