These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the DHEONAX platform. By creating an account or accessing our services, you agree to abide by the following terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, capable of entering into legally binding contracts, and compliant with SEBI and exchange regulations.

2. Platform Access & Licensing

DHEONAX grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for lawful trading and research purposes. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and broker keys.

3. Brokerage Integrations

When you connect a broker, you authorise DHEONAX to route orders on your behalf. All trading is subject to the broker’s contractual terms, market risks, and applicable regulations.

4. Strategy Marketplace

Publishing strategies requires compliance reviews, disclosures, and performance reporting. DHEONAX reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove listings to protect investors and maintain regulatory compliance.

5. Fees & Payments

Subscription fees, marketplace revenue shares, and any applicable taxes will be communicated transparently. By subscribing, you agree to settle charges promptly.

6. Limitation of Liability

DHEONAX provides infrastructure and tooling “as-is”. We are not liable for trading losses, market volatility, or third-party outages. Users are responsible for risk management and regulatory obligations.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected misuse, or legal requests. You may close your account by contacting support; residual obligations (fees, compliance) remain enforceable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, subject to arbitration provisions when applicable.
